TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items sold on the Stone People Jewellery website are subject to our terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read them thoroughly before purchasing any products.
Our prices are stated in New Zealand dollars. We offer a tool that converts prices to some other major currencies. Please be mindful this is just a tool to allow you to make more informed decisions and they are subject to a flatulating currency market - you will still be charged in New Zealand dollars.
A delivery fee which covers the costs of sending the customer's order will be included in the total price at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change this fee at any time and without prior notice. Fees will vary depending on shipping destination.
For any item being shipped Overseas, be advised, you may be subject to pay import duties on your order such as Local Tax, Custom fees, or VAT fees once it reaches its shipping destination. These duties are completely out of our control and are determined by each country’s customs agency. We are unable to advise these costs upfront and this is your responsibility to check before ordering.
Stone People Jewellery may vary the prices of any products listed on our website without prior notice.
We currently offer Credit Card and PayPal as payment options among others, please note that these payment methods can be changed at any time without prior notice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return your item for a refund simply let us know within 14 days on receipt of goods with reason why. We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange for credit excluding any shipping costs as these are non-refundable. Please contact us on +64-272269599 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org please include your order number.
You must advise us with 5 days of receipt of products (receiving the package) regarding order shortages or damage in transit.
Refunds will not be issued to anyone who has refused delivery of package for any reason. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on refusal or avoidance to pay for Local Tax, Custom fees, or VAT fees.
For the item to be approved for refund it must be returned in original packaging with utmost care to ensure its safe return- refunds will not be approved if item is returned damaged or broken in transit.
Return postage must be tracked and signature required when sending item back as we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged in transit and will not be able to issue refund. You are responsible for return postage cost.
Nothing in these terms and conditions entitles the Customer to refuse to take delivery or return the products as being surplus to their needs or for any other reason other than those agreed herein.
Earrings cannot be returned if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons so please chose carefully!

Once your item has been returned, we will notify you and once inspected and approved for refund we will refund less cost of shipping and handling charges back to the card it was issued on. All refunds are in NZD please note due to exchange rate fluctuation there maybe slight variant in amount.
CANCELATION OF ORDERS
You may only cancel your order before it has been sent so please contact us immediately on +64272269599 as we endeavour to get your parcel out as quickly as possible. Once it has been picked up to be delivered, we are unable to cancel your order and you would need to follow our refund policy.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOM FEES (VAT)
Stone People Jewellery delivers to most locations worldwide, but there are some places we are unable to send to, if there are any issues regarding this, we will contact you as soon as possible and a refund will be issued.
We endeavour to get the orders out for delivery the following day to the address you have supplied. The estimated time of delivery is just that an estimated time frame and will depend on how far your package must travel.
We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver or delays in delivery caused by events or circumstances outside our control.
Refunds will not be issued to anyone who has refused delivery of package.
All parcels are signature required, any agreement between courier companies and your property to leave without signature are between you and the courier company and we will not be held accountable for parcels that go missing from your property. We will not refund or replace missing items once they have been shown to be delivered to your property. Please use a work address if this is safer.
We do not cover any cost relating to Local Tax, Custom Fees or VAT or any other local delivery-based fees specific to your country - this is your responsibility to pay any charges relating to this. We do not accept returns based on refusal or avoidance to pay these fees.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever.
We are committed to protecting your privacy, we only use information we collect for processing orders, mail lists if you have opted to do so, and our business analyst software to help us improve our services.
We do not store credit card information.
We do not sell or share information given by you to any third parties with the following exceptions.
• If directed by court order by Law Enforcement Agency
• Any fraud or suspected fraudulent behaviour
• If needed to by third party software company maintaining or updating our software systems information.
We are happy for you to request to see a copy of, amend or remove any information held about you on our data base on request.
SERCURITY OF INFORMATION
We shall use its best efforts to prevent any unauthorised entry into the Stone People Jewellery website. However, Stone People Jewellery shall not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access to the site.
The customer is obligated to always keep their login and password details safe and confidential.
